Came in to enjoy the Dave’s x fallout saucy survival slider and bites meal. Kate was super patient with my family as it was our first time eating at a Dave’s location. She was a big help, offering suggestions on what spice level to select, which sauce for the bites we might like and cleaned off our table for us to enjoy our meal in the resturant. She has excellent customer service.

Outstanding customer service. Itzel T was very helpful and kind. It was mine and my finances first time here and she took the time and explained the menu to us and even offered recommendations. The food was fast, flavorful, and great portions. The foods presentation was great and very appealing as well as appetizing. Great Customer service is hard to come by now and days, however Itzel exceeded expectations and offered a very welcoming environment. Dave’s Hot Chicken just earned two new loyal customers.

The place is buzzing, with wait times over an hour—but it’s easy to see why. The chicken is incredibly moist and bursting with flavor, making it worth the hype. The sauce strikes the perfect balance between sweet and creamy. The chicken itself is layered with juicy, flavorful goodness, with every nook and cranny packed full of spices. We tried the tenders and fries, and both were absolutely delicious. The tenders were spice-loaded on the outside and tender on the inside, perfectly complementing the rich, flavorful sauce. This spot is a fantastic new addition to the roster of halal chicken places on El Paso's west side. If you’re a chicken lover or just looking to try something tasty, it’s definitely worth a visit. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait—but rest assured, the flavor-packed experience makes it all worthwhile.

The tenders and fries are always hot and fresh, no matter what time of the day I order them. Staff is very friendly, especially the manager Santi. Santi is very friendly and attentive, and I really appreciate his hard work. Overall, I'm always satisfied with every visit and all employees go above and beyond.
